Skybus Airlines Inc. will announce in a conference this afternoon that Portsmouth will be its third 'focus city' with twelve daily flights from the airport to eight cities across the country. The new destinations are Austin, Gulfport, Chicago Gary, Wilmington, Kansas City and Providenciales and will start between June and July. The airline will also add a further daily flight on two existing destinations: Columbus and Punta Gorda. Airline said it is likely additional flights and cities will be added in the future. The airline says it will create 175 jobs as part of this move.Tickets for all new routes go on sale at 12 am tomorrow.
